And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie "3.5 out of 5 stars"

At first I was hesitant to read this book because it was a mystery, but I am so glad that I did. I found it to be very suspenseful and exciting. There were also times when I found myself up all night attempting to finish this book. And Then There Were None  was beautifully written. The authors writing style is easy to follow yet challenging at the same time. I am very glad i read this book, I don't regret it at all. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good mystery.

Synopsis from B&N:
First, there were ten—a curious assortment of strangers summoned as weekend guests to a private island off the coast of Devon. Their host, an eccentric millionaire unknown to all of them, is nowhere to be found. All that the guests have in common is a wicked past they're unwilling to reveal—and a secret that will seal their fate. For each has been marked for murder. One by one they fall prey. Before the weekend is out, there will be none. And only the dead are above suspicion.

Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead "4.5 out of 5 stars"

Sadly I finished this book yesterday. I attempted to drag this book out for as long as possible because I didn't want this series to ever end. Unfortunately, my curiosity got the best of me and now  my time has come. This book wasn't my favorite one but it wasn't terrible.SPOILER ALERT COMING UP NOW:  I don't know why but Adrian, really annoyed me in this book. The whole time I just wanted to rip him and Rose apart. But in the end I am glad with who she ended up with. Hooray!! There were also parts in this book where I felt needed more explanation, like how certain people knew about her relationship with Dimitri? I don't know but I felt as if the book was sort of rushed towards the end. But Rose has really grown up since the first time we met her and I hope we can catch glimpses of her in Richelle Mead's new series, Blood Lines!

Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead "5 out of 5 stars"

Let me start off by saying that Vampire Academy this is favorite book series in the whole entire world. It has everything you could possibly want/need: action, romance, adventure, and a strong heroine! I randomly picked this book up one day in the library because the cover looked cool, since then and 5 books later I have not regretted it. I just love it so much and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Synopsis (from Richelle Mead's website):
Lissa Dragomir is a Moroi princess: a mortal vampire with an unbreakable bond to the earth's magic. She must be protected at all times from Strigoi; the fiercest and most dangerous vampires--the ones who never die.

The powerful blend of human and vampire blood that flows through Rose Hathaway, Lissa's best friend, makes her a Dhampir; she is dedicated to a dangerous life of protecting Lissa from the Strigoi, who are hell-bent on making her one of them.

After two years of illicit freedom, Rose and Lissa are caught and dragged back to St. Vladimir's Academy, hidden in the deep forests of Montana. Rose will continue her Dhampir education. Lissa will go back to being Queen of the elite Moroi social scene. And both girls will resume breaking hearts.

Fear made Lissa and Rose run away from St. Vladimir's--but their world is fraught with danger both inside and out of the Academy's iron gates. Here, the cutthroat ranks of the Moroi perform unspeakable rituals and their secretive nature and love of the night creates an enigmatic world full of social complexities. Rose and Lissa must navigate through this dangerous world, confront the temptation of forbidden romance, and never once let their guard down, lest the Strigoi make Lissa one of them forever...
